Delegates from Latin America, Asia and Oceania, Europe, the United Sates, Africa, and the Caribbean joined the IUF Latin America (Rel UITA) in its campaign in support of the Argentine people who are resisting the government of Javier Milei and his measures aimed at dismantling the state and completely relinquishing national sovereignty.
The Committee met on April 16 and 17 in Lausanne, Switzerland, to discuss and analyze, among other major issues, the rise of the far-right and neo-fascist movements across the world.
Both political expressions and dynamics have the labor, feminist, and environmental movements in their sights, attacking head on anything and anyone in the democratic and civic space that stands up against the onslaught of neoliberalism, which seeks to plunder natural resources, eliminate indigenous peoples, and impose the widespread uberization of work.
Mister Milei: The country is not for sale!
